Complete redefinition of all processes of the administrative unit, coordination and mediation, as well as the parallel digitalisation of these processes for seamless integration of all business cases into the federal authorities' GEVER system without media discontinuity. At the same time, a comprehensive reorganisation of the office area was carried out. The project objectives were a) conversion of statutory supervisory work to electronic and automated processes without media discontinuity, b) electronic processing of formal transactions and supervisory measures, and c) favouring standard solutions and observing the ‘once only’ principle. Design, development and implementation of risk-based supervision (RA) in the Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations by means of an automated risk assessment.Development of a rule engine in the federal authorities; introduction of the rule engine for risk assessment in the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations (ESA), which is seamlessly integrated into the organisation's GEVER processes (Acta Nova) together with BI components in an on-premise cloud. Implementation of SCRUM and integration into a Dev/Ops environment as part of the continuous development process.

Scientific research on the topic of microfinance for poverty reduction. Specifically, I examined the contribution that "digital banking" could make to poverty reduction. I did the work in cooperation with ELAN RDC. Together with banks, authorities and telecommunication companies, we developed a concept for the implementation of a digital banking service in RDC. The Confederation's fixed-line telephone system had come to the end of its life cycle and needed to be replaced. A modern, forward-looking communication solution called Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) was introduced in its place, which integrates voice, mail and video conferencing for collaborative work and shared file repositories. As Project Management Expert I established project methodologies, tracked the progress of projects and provided support for the smooth implementation of projects regarding resource management, risk analysis, accurate work scheduling and resources allocation across projects. In this role, I managed priorities based on timelines, budgets, resource loads and what-if analysis information.

Supervised IT project manager/solution consultants with oversight for a business market project portfolio of 30 projects. Introduced new project delivery processes, monitored and reviewed project planning, status, KPI`s, and next steps with project managers and conducted key follow-up delivery management meetings. Participated in contract/bid negotiations and provided project troubleshooting input. Assumed key liaison role with clients and provide internal and external escalation management with direct reports to clients and executive board members.

Played key role on team of 5 project managers for the outsourcing of the IT of Swiss Railway (SBB). Transfer of 18,000 workplaces and 500 applications to operate the Railway. Tasks included establishing the project management system, defining work plans and schedules, controlling operations and budget, and managing risks and issues. Directed numerous smaller outsourcing projects for banking/financial institutions and provided bid management/presales support.

Facilitated project management to upgrade the whole IT system stack and network. Gathered business requirements and coordinated functional and technical specifications, coding, integration, testing, and rollout. Oversaw budget planning, project controlling, and reporting. Held oversight for effective operation of telco software and infrastructure projects and initiatives including build-up of the UMTS network.
