Clients engage in deep reflection to understand how they make meaning, choose actions and generate results. Through reflection and experimentation they learn to shift and take steps to achieve greater success at work and in life.As a training facilitator and designer, I create and deliver a wide variety of custom learning programs specific to the needs of teams and organizations. I've worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, small non-profits, consultancies and universities for over 20 years and have extensive international experience, including 6 years in Japan.
