Current• Evaluate and develop long-term sustainability plans for corporate resources to deliver efficient and effective product development and manufacturing services. This includes exploring new capabilities and investing in new technology to meet the challenges of an evolving global manufacturing environment. • Recognize and identify materials, trends, processes and techniques that will drive efficiencies and meet development needs across Hallmark’s portfolio of processes and products.• Develop and execute yearly Prototype Studio budget insuring all divisional priorities are adequately funded and supported. • Set department performance standards and provide career development and job enrichment opportunities for staff. Insure succession plans are in place for key roles within department.
