Working within our Digital Engagement Practice and partnering with our account and sales teams, I provide strategic oversight and guidance to our internal, cross-functional teams and to our clients alike.In partnership with our clients, I help to craft challenging visions and set pragmatic goals by which to attain them. I guide our teams, providing direction, recommendations and advice which serves to bring to fruition our collective vision.I have found success working with clients in many disparate industries from financial services to publishing and e-learning to research to retail. Along the way, I have been able to hone my skills in various specialties from service and experience design to innovation-as-a-service to applied data and analytics.

Presently, I manage several projects for one of our company's largest clients. My teams are currently focused with developing future User Experience & Creative Design strategies for related client products.My duties also include tracking and enforcement of timing and budgeting for all assigned resources and their respective projects. I ensure effective communication and continual progress by leading numerous daily and weekly meetings and preparing project status documentation.

As the Director of Project Management, I am responsible for the direction of Project Implementation across all divisions within PLAVEB. It is my duty to establish and enforce procedures and protocols in line with the expectations of both the company and our clients. I must also be constantly reviewing and revising our polity, policies and procedures in order to ensure that our implementation process remains ahead of the trends which evolve so rapidly in our marketplace.As a practical matter, I am responsible for the allocation of internal resources to any given project undergoing development in order to ensure efficient execution of the project’s specification in line with our project implementation process. It is also my responsibility to track the progress of all projects in our development pipeline in order to identify, correct and prevent trouble areas as well as plan the development of new incoming projects. I am also tasked with reviewing, meeting and hiring potential candidates for various positions within the company.In addition to my administrative duties which involve managing Project Managers, Dev Team Leaders and Design Team Leaders, my position requires that I act as a point of escalation between clients and their respective counterparts here at PLAVEB to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a project’s implementation.
