Offerings include: ArcGIS Hosted Solutions, GIS Department/Manager for Hire, Application Development, Systems Integration, Database Design, GIS Implementation, GIS Smartphone Solutions, Terrestrial LiDAR Solutions and more.

Project planning and coordination with the Survey and Orthophotography departments, managing schedule and budget, developing flight plans and reviewing survey plans, monitoring data production and quality control, and ensuring manpower and equipment resources are available to accomplish all project tasks.

- Developed new business contacts to sell specific hardware/software solutions. - Provided full support for individual hardware (i.e., Tablet PCs, GPS, ESRI-based mapping software) and their interface with each other. - Consulted clients as to exact needs to best perform data collection in the field to integrate with their Enterprise GIS System.

I provided management over multiple GIS conversion and GPS Field Collection projects. Also, I was responsible for establishment/execution of the following project tasks: - Prepared and conducted the initial Kick-off Meeting with the client. - Established the schedule for the project based on the scope of the contract and multiple variables desired by the client. - Developed site specific database dictionary to aid in the effort of data conversion/collection. - Managed several GIS Technicians to perform data processing. Also, provide guidance for several GPS Field Technicians. - Performed data quality control procedures on the final data and associated MSSQL databases. - Worked closely with programmers to customize/develop interfaces and application design/functionality for each client. - Prepared and installed all applicable UAI and 3rd party software on the client's server and workstations. - Coordinated and completed on-site installation/delivery of the final product. - Prepared all relevant documentation concerning the project for release over to UAI's Customer Support Dept. - Coordinated daily/weekly with the client(s) on all tasks/issues with the project. - Provided input to the internal review/certification of UAI's software.
