VR Data Team serve as the data center of Viveport Department. We provide the service to collect BI data of all (more than 30) features. We also provide Data ETL, cleaning, summary services to operation team and/or managers to help them making decisions and trying to identify potential root causes of some unexpected issues or findings.Moreover, we try to provide more advanced analysis of data to get valuable information than simple summary reports requested by operation teams. These advanced analyses help to identify or narrow down options of next steps.

Data Insight Management team serve as the data center of User Trial Department(UTD in short). We perform Data ETL, cleaning, summary and provide information extracted from data for UTD colleagues to help them making decisions.One thing to note, I built a system on my own with R ( a Statistical programming language) for end users to get information and visualization dashboard of data in our database such that they can access data and, moreover, information immediately from the system directly.One example project is to try to identify root cause of thermal issues and/or to predict the temperature that users would complain by using machine learning techniques.
