Covering Scotland, Ireland and parts of North East England, I'm responsible for ensuring our clients maintenance team are keeping weekly/monthly/quarterly/6 monthly/annual records up to date in compliance with ACOP L8, carrying out water risk assessments, water tank cleans, water sampling and some basic plumbing work.

An early shift from 6am would see me in charge of a small team, where I would issue tills and delegate tasks to them, work deliveries whilst maintaining correct date rotation. Once finished I will then complete all necessary paperwork for the day before moving on to placing orders. Alternatively, a late shift would start at 12pm, I could be in charge of the safe which would involve cashing up staff members that are finishing their shift and depositing the cash appropriately whilst maintaining security instructions. I would also be in charge of the store close which involves date checks and disposing of the waste correctly, tidying of the store and locking up the store.

Employed under a temporary 6 month contract which was then extended to 10 months, responsible for installing Windows XP and other software required on PCs and laptops for the use of schools on the mainland and the members of staff within the council itself. Internal staff and other external companies would contact our department to resolve any hardware or software issues they encountered, which I would respond to on my own or with a colleague.
