As an experienced Dutch and European Patent attorney I help companies build a strong patent portfolio that adds value to their business. My focus is on mechanical engineering and I cooperate with other patent attorneys having a different technical expertise via Custos IPC. Patents are an exclusive right to stop others to make, use, sell an invention for a given period of time, allowing companies to obtain a competitive advantage by establishing a unique market position.
