•International full life cycle recruitment of Construction Management engineering and technical management professionals for billion dollar and multi-million dollar projects within Dubai, United Arab Emirates•Extended offers, facilitated technical interviews with senior staff, conducted candidate initial screenings over the phone, in person, and over email, managed outside recruitment firms and negotiated hiring fees, and posted advertisements all the while maintaining direct contact with Senior HR Management team in Marlton, New Jersey•Direct contact and follow through over extended periods of time with each new-hire in regards to their relocation process, visa paperwork, degree attestation, cultural awareness information, and their new job responsibilities•Created a ‘first day experience’ template for all new-hires by working with the Office Manager and IT group which included my role of pre-employment paperwork handover, new-hire orientation, and bank correspondence•Provided employee relations consulting as Dubai present all employees with a complex and diverse working environment where often sensitive cultural differences create conflict involving religion, language, or gender bias•Facilitation of long and short term temporary housing for new and current employees by organizing the cleaning of temporary housing apartments, renewing leases, and working directly with hotels for the best corporate rates•Handled employee relations issues in regards to company policy and procedure handbook compliance, employee and family immigration paperwork issues, health benefits, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance request from the US•Actively managed the ever changing dynamic of employees completing assignments verses the need for them on new assignments, and balancing that with new hires and their immigration timelines, client demands, and budgets•Traveled to both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for new-hire orientations and other HR procedures bi-weekly
