CurrentHead sales for multiple markets to ensure short- and long-term revenue contract expansion. Set vision and strategy to drive market growth and lead sales and department collaborations with full accountability to deliver revenue. Leverage customer insights. Manage the client experience, full pre-sales/sales pipeline process, deal qualification process, go-to-market strategies, portfolio definition, continued account management, and heavy contract negotiation. Maintain knowledge of market and competitive solutions by regularly participating in industry events, conferences, and symposiums. Assume full P&L oversight of $3M+. Report directly to GVP. Direct and mentor a team of thirty.• Increased transparency into current positioning to accurately project expected sales revenue by tracking of weekly, monthly, and quarterly numbers to monitor deviations from targets.• Enhanced integration of new clients by managing cross-functional coordination and solution introduction using clear roadmaps to monitor on-boarding of new clients.
