I have worked in the Total Rewards space for over 15 years. In my current role, I partner with clients to develop incentive designs (short-term, long-term and sales), career frameworks, salary structures, equity strategy, M&A due diligence, HR strategy, and organizational assessments. My main concentration is in Pre-IPO, venture capital and private equity spaces, helping clients to design and implement competitive compensation plans and incentive strategies to ensure clients are able to attract and retain high-caliber talent.Prior to going into consulting, I led the executive compensation team at a large Fortune 25 organization where I developed the overall compensation strategy for the organization, developing incentive plan designs, executive offers, Board materials, proxy and also served as the Total Rewards lead for all M&A activity across the organization.Career Highlights:• Led Executive Compensation efforts for the $67B merger with Cigna in 2018• Designed and implemented an Equity Choice design where employees have the ability to choose the equity mix that fits best within their personal financial goals and levels of risk tolerance• Served as the Total Rewards Project Manager for the $29B acquisition of Medco in 2012
