Managed all aerial assets, evaluated subordinate organizations’ need and assigned appropriate assets to.

Lead a specialty team of 18 employees in a complex environment working closely with international partners. Managed and ran over 20 small projects involving advising international partners at remote locations and was responsible for over $12M in equipment.

Managed all property and maintenance for over $15 M worth of organizational equipment as well as handling the procurement of all new systems and equipment for the organization. Oversaw and personally performed the transition from multiple disconnected legacy logistics systems to one enterprise logistics system.
