During my time as a student on FIRST Robotics Competition Team 2832 and Team 6861, I was a team captain for 3 out of my 4 years as a student along with being nominated for the Dean's List Award to represent myself and my team at our local competition. I gained many useful skills about engineering, time management, teamwork, technology, and a lot of hands-on skills for electrical and mechanical manufacturing.At Rousch Industries as an Electronics Technician Intern, I was put in the Research & Design division helping with final assembly of wiring harnesses, building up our final assembly with smaller sub-assemblies, and making sure that our product is as best as it can be before we packaged it up and shipped it to the customer. I gained more useful skills like blueprint reading, manufacturing electronic components, working on multiple projects, and helped build the other skills that I learned during my time as a student on my local robotics team.
