• Deliver technical projects from initiation to implementation, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefit.• Develop and integrate baseline project plans based on estimates and assumptions and proactively manage the deadlines of deliverables from individual project team member.• Prepare or facilitate the preparation of project documents including the project charter, responsibility matrix, communication plan, business requirements, functional specification, test strategy and plan, implementation plan and obtain approval from project sponsor and stakeholders.• Proactively monitor project execution to effectively identify and track risks, issues, barriers and conflicts as they arise throughout the project life cycle and resolve, mitigate or escalate them as appropriate within agreed timescales.• Manage project costs and budget and review project change requests to assess the impacts to the project in terms of budget, time and risk with recommendations for making informed decision. • Direct the project team that include business representatives, legal and compliance representatives, business analysts, business consultants, software developers, system analysts, network analysts, quality assurance testers and external service providers throughout the project life cycle.• Gather project metrics of project progress, resources and budget usage and prepare project updates and project status reports to communicate to stakeholders
