PROOF Insights ("PROOF") is a partner company of Fox Three Partners. PROOF was formed in 1989 and blends the best qualities of a small boutique research company with the power and infrastructure of a global research firm. Currently serve as executive chairman and board leader.

Burlington Medical, LLC (“Burlington”) is a partner company of Fox Three Partners. Burlington manufactures and distributes radiation protection equipment to medical professionals. Currently serve as board member.

Flew the FA-18 Hornet part-time as an adversary pilot for the U.S. Navy Reserves.

Flew F-14 Tomcats, F-5 Tigers, F-16 Fight Falcons and FA-18 Hornets & Superhornets. Graduated from the Top Gun Adversary course.

Centric Communications ("Centric") is a partner company of Fox Three Partners. Centric provides a variety of printing and direct mail marketing services. During tenure, served at various times as Board Leader, Executive Chairman, or CEO, leading selected projects and providing strategic, operational, and M&A advice.

Selected to create, develop and lead ADS'​ business analytics department. The team's mission was to cultivate the company's ability to make strategic business and process improvement decisions based on facts, data and analytics. Worked with executives to formulate and support execution of departmental business initiatives.Also led corporate development activities including financial analysis / modeling, investor relations, strategic growth planning, pricing analysis, market analysis, competitive analysis and risk analysis.

Managed a 20-person / $200M+ sales division that distributed tactical / operational equipment and provided logistics solutions and services to the Navy's Shore & Expeditionary Commands throughout the United States.

Worked in the Industrials Coverage Group. Created and analyzed complex valuation models including M&A, DCF, LBO, analysis at various prices, precedent transaction and comparable company analysis.
