Walt Tracy and his wife, Angela, own the Cincinnati area offices of AtWork Personnel, the Best of Staffing agency helping organizations solve their workforce challenges. After a long professional career in IT leadership that included positions from Fortune 500 companies to private-equity backed turnarounds to a nonprofit, he followed his passion to help people access opportunity through work and education by opening their AtWork Personnel agency and launching a nonprofit startup, UrbaNeXt, focused on schooling for educationally disenfranchised young people. Through their staffing agency, Walt leans on his extensive business experience to help clients address the entire value chain of workforce issues, from sourcing to training to retention, while advancing their associates with not only placement, but also upskilling and coaching opportunities.
