Will Troutman is a Chambers Band One individually-and nationally-ranked partner and Head of Consumer Markets, US, and US Co-Lead for ESG and Human Rights. He concentrates his practice on product safety and compliance, ESG, market access for the US and California, and environmental disputes. Mr. Troutman's expertise includes regulatory compliance for consumer products, food, cosmetics, and automotive parts; compliance and enforcement for chemicals and pesticides; manufacturing and supply contracts and related agreements; ESG strategies, business and human rights, and ESG disclosures; and Superfund, environmental regulation, and ESG issues in transactions.He earned his JD from the University of Southern California Law School and his BA from Northwestern University.
