We applied human centered design thinking to the early phases of the lifecycle, focused on design for quality, reliability, and performance during development, design for manufacturing during pre-launch, and we tracked and solved any quality or reliability issues during the support phase. I view myself as a servant leader, focusing my efforts on empowering team members to achieve project goals and removing roadblocks for them. Managed design and research partners for Amway's daughter company, Fulton Innovation. Explored new technologies and uses within potential new products. Managed IP process for advanced technology group. Helped to grow a significant IP portfolio (~900 patents) in the wireless power space, and ultimately sell it for a substantial sum. Many of the wireless charging phones currently on the market use technology stemming from the work done by the Fulton Innovation team.

Developed reliability analysis and testing strategies to meet demanding product expectations. Benchmarked best-in-class reliability tools and techniques. Helped design and implement a state-of-the-art reliability test lab at Amway. Executed design for reliability, testing, and prediction strategies for Amway Durable products. Performed trouble shooting of field reliability issues. Worked with suppliers to improve component reliability.

Researched new technologies being considered for Amway Durable products. Benchmarked competitive products. Participated in benchmarking of product reliability tools and techniques to grow Amway's maturity in the durable product category. Provided engineering support and acted as supplier liaison for legacy Amway products.
