- Liaise/Coordinate with project team members and outside parties in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master program, financial budget and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.- Responsible for project planning and integration, quality and cost control.- Work with all parties to plan and design projects; supervise, monitor the design and other consultancy services to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements- Work closely with project team members and consultants during tender procurements and control the budget throughout the development process; responsible for closely monitoring cash flow of the project.- Monitor the design development and construction progress and mitigating project risks.- Report to Project Director on progress, financial status and other major issues of the project.- Direct site Coordinator/Supervisor to monitor the execution of the works, ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved.

(e.g. measurement, budgeting, payment certification)- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and specialists.
