Mr. Wu (Woody) Peng’s practice area includes patent drafting and prosecution, patent reexamination and invalidation, patent search, FTO, patent infringement analysis and patent administrative litigation. A practicing patent attorney for 10 years. When working for China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd., prior to becoming one of two founding partners of Cheng & Peng Mr. Peng was in charge of the GM Team in 2009-2012, involved in founding this team and guiding team members on the prosecution of patent applications of GM before SIPO.  Have prosecuted over 1,000 patent applications before SIPO on behalf of many famous multinational companies, such as General Motors, Toyota, Sony, Honeywell, Bosch, etc.  Represented Chinese applicants including Geely Automobile and Nuctech in patent drafting and prosecution overseas, regions including the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea, Russia among others.  Awarded the title of “top ten outstanding patent attorneys” by China Patent Agent (H.K.) Co., Ltd in 2011.
