Key EHS Projects Tracking and Management：provide management, consultancy and technical resources to sites based on tracking the status of their EHS improvement projects, such as boiler reforming, dust control etc. 6. EHS Professional Development：provide the new regulation, training and promotion materials of environmental management and occupational health to sites.

1. Business development support: Assist in setting GE Healthcare EHS priorities, metrics, goals and requirements and lead initiatives in team. Identify and control EHS risk by leading reviewing on transaction projects, global and local production line transferred projects in business expansion. 2. Compliance assurance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements by assist in responding to government requests/notices and significant incidents--firstly set up the radiation product inventory, which pushed radiation permit was renewed in time. Lead compliance self-assessment and got the certificate of Safety Production Standardization. 3. Management system improvement: Recover and enhance robust pipeline and process for EHS excellence by prioritizing taskforces and analyzing performance with feedback. Lead various programs to reach KPIs on management of change, equipment safety/radiation/contractor management, training, employee involvement, environmental management etc. through creating corporation among multiple functions. 4. External relationship maintaining: Enable GE Healthcare to meet new requirements by interfacing with EHS regulatory agencies and networking with other internal and external EHS professionals.5. EHS professional development：Create positive EHS culture through provide leadership, support and training to build technical, management and leadership skills for site EHS full-time and part-time professionals. 6. Suppliers EHS Compliance Management: support Sourcing to conduct EHS audit on suppliers according to GE corporate and Healthcare’ expectations on them. 7. Dep. Finance Management：Develop, periodically review and update the Dep. finance budget according to the G&Os and whole work plan of sites.

1. EHS Management System Establishment：Based on the specialty of JV’s business and parent company (GE)’s requirements, set up the EHS management system and implemented electronic tool—Gensuite both for the sites in China and America as an overall coordinator. 2. Critical indicators driving：Zero recordable rate for employees and contractors; Closure rate of concerns& findings within 60 days and training completion reached 100% by optimizing the processes of concern report and employees on board/transfer. Firstly set up the comprehensive management mechanism on contractors, labs and shuttle buses via earning the strong support from Sourcing, Facility and Engineering departments. 3. Employee involvement motivation：Positively enhanced EHS culture in JV site and earned highly recognition by employees and the leadership by setting up good communication channels with employees--2-minute newsletters, Company Employee Newsletter (EHS section) and interesting EHS activities with the help of several EHS teams and Employee Council. 4. Permanent site’s construction safety：Drove its construction safety by tracking all EHS regulation permits and supervised the management work of project management company (CBRE). 5. Security Management: Improved the effectiveness of security management by tailored the policy of GE in JV and delivered training to safety guards.

1. Crane Safety Management：Led this management team to complete 85% identified tasks according to the new requirements of Corporate within 4 months, which was far advanced than the deadlines of Business. It delivers clear SOP and 3-levels training materials. 2. Chemical Management：Updated the chemical inventory and firstly made storage map by coordinating to the owner to launch the chemical sweep with a team of about 100 employees. And closed 95% regulator and non-regulator findings. 3. Safety Risk Assessment：Launched the workshop for the team of above 20 members by coordinating to the owners. And completed the review of over 300 files based on all tasks in site. 4. EHS Training：Led the supervisors of production line to make standard training materials. Coordinated the monthly safety talk and updated the training materials. 5. Audit: Contributed to company compliance&ISO14000 audit by prepared documents and finding closure.

1. Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) program optimizing: Successfully led this 10 people-project team with good influence skills. First developed clear guideline on how to execute SRA program tailored for CTC by persuaded 6 labs of 3 Businesses to be pilots and reviewed over 120 files with on-site check. Earned recognition and strong supports by stakeholders as its better effectiveness and efficiency 2. Management of Change (MOC) program optimizing: Successfully led this project team of about 15 people with good coordination. Streamlined reviewed process by prioritized change requests according to risk level and used simpler tool and drove labs' responsibility. It will be quickly responded as review time could be decreased 50% on anticipation, which earned support by stakeholders. 3. Industrial and occupational hazards (IH&OH) inventory Validation: Validated the Inventory of IH and OH hazards and exposed people by checked approximate 300 personnel information on hundreds of hazards in over 60 labs with multiple methods in only 2 weeks, which guaranteed annual OH medical surveillance completed well and timely. Showed good planning and coordination skill 4. Environmental Management: Followed up the project of Labs’ EA/EIA, set up the inventory of air exhaust and qualified a new vendor of waste water

Industrial and occupational management improvement: Validated IH and OH inventory by reviewed all positions with IHRA tool and coordinated monitoring and participated in 2 improvement projects, which ensured they got full score (5) in Global Star Audit (GSA, Top one level EHS audit in GE) 2. 100% completion of 3-levels safety training: Made the training plan and polished related files combined the true situation of site and corporate requirements, which achieved 100% completion timely with good effectiveness, which guaranteed it got full score in GSA 3. Employee involvement project: Coordinated and organized 4 EHS activities and Safety Committee (Management monthly meeting), which motivated over 90% employees participated.
