Let’s Get Ready is a non-profit that provides high school students from historically under-served communities and first-generation-to-college students with free SAT preparation, admission counseling and other support services needed to gain admission to and graduate from college.As a Data and Evaluation intern, I conducted comprehensive literature reviews on college access and persistence risk factors, coded descriptors and quantified areas of need for 800 conversations between program mentors and students, and analyzed conversational data to present a complete narrative and suggest program changes to LGR executives.
