About Wei Neng Wu

I serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), partnering with governments in the practice of good governance through government projects, training programmes and research initiatives. CIG is an international non-profit, non-partisan organisation headquartered in Singapore, that builds long-term partnerships with governments across the world. Concurrently, I serve as the Dean of the Chandler Academy of Governance, CIG's training wing. I have about 20 years of service across governmental institutions. Currently, I hold adjunct appointments with the Centre for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development, and the Singapore Civil Service College under the Prime Minister's Office. I have also worked on key bilateral agreements, including the US-Singapore Strategic Framework Agreement, and I was the lead national negotiator for climate finance and investment at the United Nations.
