Deputy Manager of global sales department is the key coordinator to control the demand and supply of 4 subsidiaries with the function as below: 1. Demand management and production coordination: based on the experience of sales forecast and advanced marketing information to control the demand of subsidiaries and some direct customers and generating production plan with factory. 2. Inventory management: control the inventory of all subsidiaries, Hubs and on the way, keep the inventory in the safety level. 3. Review of budget and financial statement: discussing the annual forecast with subsidiaries and cowork with financial department to finalize the budget and try to find the key to earn margin. Monthly review of the hit rate of budget to real condition and find way to improve. 4. Customer complaint contact window: receive complaints from customer 5. CM of ODM cases with direct customers: discussing BOM and inspection spec with ODM customers 6. Product portfolio manager: discuss product portfolio with sales VP and CEO for each subsidiaries based on the market condition and limitation of cell suppliers
