CHEVRON Australia Wheatstone LNG Plant Project (Bechtel) - OSBL Module Fabrication ProjectSenior PlannerThe project own is Chevron, and the project Management is BECHTEL, 64 modules, about 50,000 tons.• Develop L3 and L4 Shop design, procurement, fabrication and hydrostatic test schedules. • Maintain the L3 and L4 schedules and issue schedule performance reports, provide critical path analysis to the project director and the owner, and provide mitigation and recovery suggestions associated with schedule delays.• Prepare resource loading for personnel control during project activities, developed the initial Manpower baseline; deliver the actual manpower and forecast manpower reports to Senior Management and Bechtel Management teams.• Prepare project progress measurement and tracking system including progress curve.• Set up project field progress reporting system, Issue schedule look-ahead reports, and reporting the progress to Senior Management and Bechtel Management teams.• Prepared and managed other work project control interface schedules, such as Procurement and Delivery, Subcontractor master schedule, subcontractor daily report, site FCN management.
