Projects are across Salesforce sales/marketing/service clouds:• Developed Sales Opportunity Management application. Used the Sales Cloud feature, with extensive customization to support opportunity data entry automation and validation. Designed reports, dashboards. Built a key-opportunity review/approval application for efficient management by the executives, and a Distributor Registration review/approval Force.com Site for internal sales. Managed the Partner Portal for distributor users. Built Apex trigger for auto-routing cases based on geographical and account assignment, and set up email workflows and multiple approval processes for different regions.
