Holistically involved in more than one area, ranging from Policy to Outreach and to Operation.- Highly involved in a project on Industrial Redevelopment Programme (IRP) to redevelop an old industrial estate, where existing industrialists will be relocated to a new industrial complex built by JTC. In order to facilitate a smooth relocation, relocation benefits such as staggering of rent are granted to eligible industrialists. -Computed the estimated stagger rent payable for the affected industrialists.-Executed Sensitivity Analysis to determine the feasibility of the different stagger rent packages with varying discount rates.-Conducted a comparative analysis to analyse the rental impact on the 80 eligible industrialists under the various stagger rent packages, with the ultimate objective to propose a stagger rent package that grants a no worse-off position for the affected industrialists. -Assisted the department with preparation of documents for pre-engagement sessions with 5 industrialists, explaining to them on the proposed stagger rent package with an illustration of their staggered rent payable.-Presented to the ACEO of the cluster group on the main findings and assisted the department with the drafting of formal documents and presentation slides.

An inaugural conference organised under NUS Global Relations Unit, which involved the participation of international universities to discuss on social inclusion issues, with the aim to cultivate a global citizen mindset in today's youth.-Conceptualised programmes for each of the social inclusion topics, thereby enhancing the learning experience of the student delegates.-Liaised with Non-Governmental Organisations and external vendors to seek for sponsorships in the programmes-Supervised and led one of the learning journeys, with 40 participants in the group, to a foreign worker dormitory.-Initiated to host and guide a group of 7 Thai delegates around NUS campus, sharing with them about NUS culture and establishing friendships.-Administered and coordinated the schedule for the conference to assure a smooth flow of the programmes.-Collaborated closely with other team members to ensure a synchronised workflow in the committee.
