Act as the only one data professional for the company's core project team .Responsibilities:Cooperate with more than 20 developers & QAs in the project team and provide database related consulting services in the daily work.Popularize SQL coding standards to the project team.SQL code review - including stored procedures and ad-hoc/hotfix scriptsOptimise stored procedures & embed SQL scripts to make sure the OLTP system works well.Take the repsonsibility to develop those difficult hotfix SQL scripts which normal software engineers cannot handle, the goal is to make sure the OLTP system works in good status - no blocking during the hotfix/patch and all changes could be easily rollbacked.Take the repsonsibility to develop and maintain stored procedures for those high priority reports & dashboards within the OLTP system.Take the repsonsibility to review and develop database schema changes on OLTP system to make sure all changes meet the strandard, no blocking during the operation and rollback-able.Design and develop lightweight data loading solutions within OLTP system to meet specific reporting requirements on the website.
