As an experienced Executive Secretary to Expatriates in the Hotel industry with 5 years of experience, I am passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of hotels. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks, including creating and compiling Minutes Of Meeting, coordinating internal and external meetings, drafts and review correspondence such as reports, memos, presentations, contract/lease agreements, managing GM schedule, examining all documents from other departments before submission to the GM, Pursuing tasks assigned by the GM to each HOD, in addition to all the clerical tasks, I am also responsible for Public Relations roles and other multiple tasks.Currently, I serve as an Executive Secretary to GM at JS Luwansa Hotel Jakarta, where I work closely with the executive team to ensure seamless communication and operation across the hotel.
