I am a dedicated Product Owner with good people skills and strong commercial understanding. I have evolved from project management into the role as product owner, and has adapted the two roles into the agile mindset with the necessary balance between classical project management skills, such as communication and contract management, and the skills as a product owner, such as breaking projects into tasks, prioritisation, and customer interaction, in agile environments such as SCRUM, Kanban and the SaFe framework. Combining my project management experience with commercial understanding is key for me to deliver successful projects – also in infrastructure with multiple IT applications.I have in many years been working as product manager, project manager, and product owner in DevOps environments, and can manoeuvre in the fields of both optimising the development flows, and still maintaining a high quality in operations.I believe, in order for a project to succeed, it is crucial for a PO / PM / Epic Owner to understand the commercial aspects in terms of process and strategy, and thereby create a win-win scenario for all.In order to deliver value in a project, a PO / PM / Epic Owner must include the commercial value as a central element in project management.To deliver the results and goals in a project I encourage to communicate and to take responsibility.I strive to make a difference in everything I do – and still having fun doing it.
