Responsible for full Life Cycle Management including responding to RFP's, Business Case Development, Qualification, New Product Introduction, Inventory management, Field issues and Recalls, running Cross Functional Teams for Amplifiers, Filters, Power Systems, Remote Radio Heads, and Channel Cards- These products led to over $500M in sales and was key to generating new business as well as keeping existing Customers- Qualified over 350 OEM 3rd Party filters and amplifiers over the 10 plus years meeting Launch targets- Conducted weekly Cross Functional Teams to review qualification status and provided monthly readouts to Executive Management.- Managed yearly Cost Reductions that achieved $30M in annual savings at the peak of CDMA sales- Launched various versions of 3rd Party Power Cabinets, Battery Cabinets, Batteries and Rectifiers.- Launched Remote Radio Head products for various Wireless frequencies ensuring qualification and meeting our testing and launch targets.- Managed the 2 largest Wireless Product Recalls in Company history with overall costs of $64M, replacing 170k Amplifiers and 15k filters worldwide. Worked with 3rd Party Suppliers, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Development to identify fault with the supplier and we were able to recover all costs.
