Entrepreneurs are a special breed of people. They see opportunity where others don’t, work tireless until the job is done, and have an undying optimism that drives success. As business owners, entrepreneurs are the backbone of the economy, create jobs, and innovate. As employees, entrepreneurs are resourceful, creative, and passionate. I bring this entrepreneurial mindset and spirit to all my roles and projects because I am an entrepreneur at heart.As I’ve grown in my career and hired, networked, and coached others, I always look for those with the indomitable entrepreneurial spirit. I’ve had the privilege of working one-on-one with hundreds of start-ups throughout my career and I’m always amazed at how much I learn from them, where to provide exceptional customer service, how to build a business on a shoe string budget, and how to find solutions to seemingly impossible problems.I’ve held a number of unique positions throughout my career and have gained experience in a multitude of business disciplines, but my forte is operations, process improvement, and project management. I bring great problem-solving skills to the table and have a passion for finding creative solutions to difficult and complex problems. Additionally, I like to support those around me to always improve and help instill a “can do” attitude in others. It’s what entrepreneurs do – they solve problems and never quit until they cross the finish line.
