Incase considered MEP design to start Cost Plan.- Managed Pre-Tender to Post-Contract of QS services and carried out contract documentation. - Assisted to QS Manager in preparation of tender procurement including Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Tender Clarification, Post Tender Questionnaires, Tender Report. - Prepared necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts, pricing comparison, cost summary and contracts prepared in line with FIDIC. - Conducted project administration and documentation including preparation of Interim Payment Certificate, agreement of VO, assessing contractors' progress claim and prepared Final Account. - Assisted to Civil Senior QS to prepare contracts and progress claim assessment for infrastructure Civil Works.- Site walk if necessary, to satisfy the monthly progress assessment for contractors' claim.

- Before the tender submission, study the MEP drawings; layout plan, SLD diagram, schematic, details & section plan, and read tender specifications and take off quantities. - Prepared pre-tender functions; calling quotation such as HT/LV switchboards, DB panels, Lighting Fixtures, cable, ELV system, Sanitary Ware, Overhead Tanks & pumps, Fire Tanks & Fire Pumps. - Taking off quantities from MEP tender drawings, sourcing sub contractors, prepared pricing schedule and tender submission, proposed Value Engineering (VE) as is needed. - Performed tender clarification; filled in technical data sheets, scope of work clarification, materials and catalogue submissions. - Prepared Post-Tender functions; replied tender questionnaires and attached tender interviews. - After awarded the project, do the breakdown price with actual quantity and control budget. - Liaised with site personal, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors for all projects matters. - Performed basic calculation of MEP design, especially Electrical, P&S and Fire Protection System. - Model based quality takeoff from Revit and attended meeting to collaborate and coordinate with BIM team.
