Information : information for travelers has always been one of my favourite topics. For SNCB I collaborate on the global strategy and as a project manager on various projects. Acting as a bridge between the customers and the IT department is one of my key responsabilities.I also provide content for our website, apps, train managers, station displays, ... Social Media : when I started working at SNCB, Social Media wasn't really a fully matured idea. Within one year and with the precious help of some passionate colleagues we sucessfully launched our Twitter accounts @SNCB & @NMBS. Nowadays SNCB is active on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Linkedin. And there is more to come...Commercial : I lead various commercial campaigns for SNCB, such campaigns need intensive collaboration with the management, the creative agency and our media agency. Timing is the key!Crisis : I'm the main content provider and SPOC for Marketing&Sales when we face a crisis.
