I am currently searching for a fulfilling part-time to a full-time role within the industry of business planning, banking, and customer service My primary work experience is in customers service roles as a starting point with aspirations to get into banking and problem-solving.One of my favourite parts of the problem-solving experience is collaborating with a team of experts to solve common and uncommon problems. Getting the drawing board out and exploring different opportunities and potentially long-term, short-term solutions.I like to analyze and investigate almost anything. I believe the key to problem solving and improvement is the ability to formulate the right questions and understand what to investigate further. I got interested in business in early high school during an aerospace course where one of the assessments was to make the most revenue running a virtual domestic airport against my peers. The trick to making the most revenue was to do what your completion wasn’t doing. later on, during university I learned that I was identifying supply and demand tends to take advantage of market opportunities. My learning activities include nonverbal body language and facial expressions (specifically micro expressions). I am a big fan of the work done by Joe Navarro, one of the leading experts in understanding body language, furthermore, some of my favourite TV shows linked to the subject are “Lie to Me" Sherlock, and Elementary".Additional learning activities are studies in Occupational Health and Safety and Bussiness Analytics.
