During my job as Customer Service Officer I provided customer service for one the main software companies in the world. A variety of questions and problems required my assistance in making the customer satisfied and happy with their product. In addition, several quality and sales targets were part of the monthly goals to deliver the best possible performance.

At Atos Consultancy I worked for a number of clients performing a wide range of IT related activities such as: business analysis, data migration, writing technical documentation. Most of them were quite technical but success primarily depended on collaborating and working with people to manage potential resistance and persuade in the correct direction. Short summaries of assignments can be found below.

Write technical documentation for example a detailed technical specification. Act as communication bridge between client and provider in order to approve documentation.

IT Business and Portfolio Analyst in the Integration Services space. Function as linking pin between different stakeholders in order to optimize the portfolio. Activities consisted of: exploring new integration technologies, reevaluating operational technologies and act as business analyst during onboarding of new technologies. In addition, write investment proposals and evergreening data in one of the trusted data sources.

Analyze and prepare a specific dataset to migrate to a newly implemented system. Activities consisted of: analysis, creating SQL queries, cleaning the data, providing it to a third party.

Work closely with the enterprise architect to include new processed and modes based on DevOps and agile methodologies into the existing operating model. Activities encompassed: collect stakeholder input, communicate and update via a central SharePoint. Prepare and deliver and support others in delivering a three day workshop.

Parttime available for ICT projects during my studies. Installation of new IT infrastructure, temporary backfill at the IT support office.

Solving a wide variety of technical problems, stay updated and take precautious actions to prevent problems and digital threats. Provide 2th and 3th line support, solve escalations.

Solve technical problems by phone, quickly grew to a position of supporting other colleagues with knowlegde, monitoring call quality. Actively participated and contributed to a project to improve the relationship between SNT and one of their clients.
