From customer service and team management to PPC campaigns and forecasting, my role and daily responsibilities have continued to evolve as Slumber Cloud has grown. Currently I oversee the marketing, customer service, product development, and order fulfillment teams all with a strong focus on scalable processes and growth. As a rapidly growing startup, everyday has a new challenge, so I heavily rely on my critical thinking and problem-solving skills while leveraged the strengths of my teammates to quickly and accurately solve the problem. With marketing & growth as my main day to day responsibility, I’ve helped Slumber Cloud establish market share and grow revenue YoY with a positive ROI. In addition, I have managed the significant paid search and social media budgets, while also setting strategies to grow revenue in traditionally more “organic” avenues. Some highlights include:- Setting and maintaining the marketing mix and budgets to achieve aggressive revenue goals. - Scaling marketing spend to optimize revenue while still maintaining a profitable ROAS.- Established affiliate, press, and partnerships contacts with an overall focus on reducing total CPA.- Reducing operating expenses, while also reducing time and processes needed to quickly and accurately fulfill orders. - Increased KPI’s including Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, Repeat Purchases, CPA, and Total Sessions.

Working on 2 separate brands, I assisted in both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. I managed the marketing mix and create content based on target audience and segmentation. I also developed, designed, and oversaw the launch of our B2C website and brand messaging update.• Increased average website conversion rate from less than 1% to over 2% while also doubling the monthly visitors• Created multiple content pieces that were seen by over 4 million viewers with rankings in the top Google SERP• Increased brand growth in terms of revenue, following, and email list list• Developed Brand Partnerships in both affiliates and national PR magazines• Managed both paid social and Google Ads with a high focus on ROAS and profitability.• Developed multiple Email Marketing Automation and sales campaigns.

I monitored and engaged with fans on all scales, including a large international beverage company, a national popcorn company that recently launched a new product line, as well as a localized health beverage company. I assisted in the creation of monthly content across all platforms including, Photoshopped editing, video creation, and photography. I also compiled and analyzed social media analytics and provided recommendations in the form of reports to clients.
