I am an INFJ- trusting my intuition first, while also authentic, empathetic, and determined.I thrive on organizing the leaders and making things happen to create sustainable positive changes. I have super high standards and I am incredibly curious, leading me to work harder to find logistical ways of improving myself and the company that I keep. This has brought me opportunities to work in the non-profit, hospital, government, and private sectors gaining in-depth knowledge of each. I set the precedent as WV's first Gestational Surrogate after repeatedly being told it couldn't be done only because it hadn’t yet been done. Working with attorneys in multiple states for over two years, I provided the research for the psychological, medical, and legal aspects while being intimately involved with preparing the contract detailing the instructions for the entire surrogacy process and co-creating the Pre-Birth Order. I gave birth to twin boys in 2010, for an out-of-state couple who were overjoyed to complete their family.WV Living magazine gave me the honor of "West Virginia Wonder Woman", which is given annually to "amazing women who are raising the bar in their communities, serving as beacons of light in their industries, and forcing change for the greater good." I found out that apathy had taken over in our community and I was determined to bring back civic pride. I jointly helped to remind our community how incredibly lucky we are to live in the "Heart of WV" ( https://youtu.be/eqMcOFhtIiE ). From that, I curated a new long-term collaboration in our county that has brought our local business owners, our non-profit groups, and our local elected officials together with one mission and voice to promote working for the betterment of our community. I created and organized large-scale community events, handling logistics management, implementation, public relations, and marketing.I bring a long, proven record of motivation, integrity, and successful results in tackling complex challenges.
