In that, it factors in figures such as cost to bid, estimated win chance, and fee. I keep win, loss, and no bid records. I keep a proposal calendar for visibility and planning purposes on a larger scale. The sheet tracks metrics and keeps historical data for analysis and evaluation as well as ISO/CMMI performance indicators. As the company grows, skillsets and capabilities are expanding and increasing, this spreadsheet will evaluate the areas that any given opportunity will expand our capabilities and factors that into the value to pursue.
