Summary of role:Responsible for the planning, creation, production and delivery of integrated projects, including publications, internet marketing, rich media, mobile applications and micro-sites. Work includes allocating workflow, setting project deadlines and checking and approving various phases of each project.Tasks/Responsibilities:• Lead new business team in creation of budgets, schedules, distribution/fulfillment plans for custom integrated proposals.• Manage client expectations from project kickoff to delivery.• Ensure editorial standards are maintained for multiple clients with specific style preferences and brand guidelines.• Repurpose content for delivery across multiple platforms.• Lead creative teams through editorial production and design to ensure clear and engaging content and layouts that enhance the reader's experience.• Plan and coordinate deadlines with all departments to create integrated schedules to ensure on-time of all components of each project.• Negotiate and act as liaison with all current and potential vendors and suppliers of paper, prepress services, digital editions, and printing. • Manage projects cost and quality control. • Prepare yearly budgets for manufacturing and production expenses. • Create and manage digital editions.
