I love applying my skills of leadership and process improvement to help develop employees and scale businesses to new heights.My career started off in Electronics, working on components from trains to printing presses and robots.While at Starship my career path took a turn to a do it all employee. Within two short months I quickly went from only working on robots to launching new sites, leading teams, hiring & developing employees, logistics, project management, process improvement, facilities & Workplace management, vendor management and working closely with C-Suite management & VPs. I was apart of launch and expansions for 2+ years at Starship. I helped grow and expand to new markets across the US, while continuously improving our processes with the team. Creating a launch playbook with the team for new sites, onboarding new vendors to make new launches & expansions go quickly and more efficiently.I launched ASU (Arizona State University) where I became the operations manager for 2+ years leading the team and developing the employees. ASU is where I fell in love with leading people. Watching the team I led from part-time employees to grow into new roles within company was so rewarding and made me strive to make everyone person I lead or work with grow into the best person they can become. I led multiple projects and continuously was seeking for new ways to improve the workplace and operations with C-Suite level and VPs. I led and took point on refurbishing each workplace across the US. Rolled out a standard layout design for each location that worked help the flow of pushing in and out bots work more effectively while also making each site EHS & OHSA compliant. Additionally I love being outdoors from camping, offroading and helping my friends out at expos. I have travelled all throughout the southwest. When not outside I enjoying watching college football (Geaux Tigers), baseball and supercross.
