 Oversees daily import and export operational activities for Asia Pacific regions Provide export compliance guidance and obtain necessary approvals in accordance with EAR as well as China and other foreign regulations  Direct, coordinate, and implement the work plan for the department Support Global Foreign Trade team and cooperate with other department identify and resolve issues related to foreign trade regulations Oversee implementation of Internal Control Plan (ICP) for Lam China operations and Technology Control Plan (TCP) throughout all Lam Asia regional offices Interface with sites GM and Chinese customers to interpret compliance regulations and assure compliance  Oversee U.S. and Chinese export license applications and interact with different government agencies to follow the most recent regulations Lead internal audit for Lam China offices and other regional offices in Asia to assure compliance  Deliver presentation and training on U.S. and China export laws, Lam foreign trade policy and procedures to Lam China and other regional offices throughout Asia Review and evaluate staff performance and work with individuals to develop goals and objectives
