Will is an experienced business case specialist, authoring a number of proposals across a range of industries from transport, local government, Defence, public services and various government bodies. In addition to this Will is adept at modelling scenarios that can underpin the case for change behind each business case and influence strategy. Responding to the financial pressures on local government caused by a historical reduction in funding, much of Will’s experience has been focused on investigating new revenue streams to offset this challenge, particularly around highways infrastructure. Through this he is well practiced at analysing data into concise messages for stakeholders at all levels to digest.
