Embold is a data analytics company that provides objective insights of providers who deliver the best quality care. The sophisticated analytics are used by physicians, employers, health plans, and benefits consultants. As Provider Engagement Director, I have created a strategic model for engaging, educating and enabling both clients and the provider community to understand and use the evaluations. Tactics include webinars, conference speaking, too kit creation and one-on-one data review and coaching.

Sharecare is the leading digital health company, linking millions of people across the health system. I was responsible to create a new quality structure including a strategic quality program and plan to meet accreditation and client delegation survey requirements.

NRACC, a former subsidiary of Caravan Health, executed a grant-based Clinical Transformation Model to transition to Value Based Care. I provided leadership to the Practice Improvement team of transformation coaches during the last year of Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative grant.

wwCareStratety was my LLC under which I provided consulting regarding clinical strategy and insight to new stakeholders in value-based care. I worked closely with Viability to help them build a post-acute network product and assist in network builds and contracting. Independently advised Community ConneXor, Swift River, among others.

Assisted in the development of post-acute care network quality product. Contributed to network build for Veteran's Choice program.

Led Quality Infrastructure creation; Quality Council, Measurement and LEAN/ Performance Improvement. Coached clinical innovation process toward quality intervntions and outcomes. Translated strategic business objectives into effective and efficient clinical interventions. Led ACO to first ever NCQA case management accreditation.
