• 23 years in multi-discipline design & drafting• 5000+ hours 3D solid modeling• Use and understanding of modern engineering practices & standards, including: ASME Y14.5 and MIL-STD-100-F• Mechanically designed many in plant and skid based: beverage blending, membrane deaeration, liquids pumping, and clean in process systems, from concept stage thru delivery and post installation support.• 3D Animated several beverage lines using Navisworks to show: product travel, employee perspective & overhead fly throughs • Created many complete drawing packages for the: wastewater treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, & environmental remediation industries; including but not limited to: 3D solid models, P&ID, plant layout, and electrical/control cabinet drawings.• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on fabrication and production with physical experience using: CNC milling machines, lathes & sheet metal forming machinery. MIG & TIG welding, dip brazing, and various finishing techniques.• 3D model preparation for 3D printing including; material specification, file conversion, error detection/repair and volume computation.
