- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes for Canada, Australia, UK and Poland.- Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates.- Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications and the requirements of the employers.- Perform necessary background checks.- Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers.- Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department.- Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences.- Manage job descriptions and announcements.- Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired.
