• Designed and implemented Microsoft Modern Workplace that mapped to MassDOT business processes using Windows 10, Office Pro Plus, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint to 4,000+ users• Spearheaded successful migration of 6,100+ mailboxes, groups, and resources to Exchange Online and developed Service Delivery governance for all net-new accounts, mailboxes, groups, and resources • Instituted Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, & Power BI) technologies from the ground up and handed off to business partners with Role Base Access Controls (RBAC) enforced• Architected Power Automate Desktop RPA that moved 3,500+ users from Folder Redirection to OneDrive for Business, which resulted in minimal user interaction and zero data loss• Orchestrated setup of 100+ Microsoft Teams Rooms and Microsoft Surface Hubs devices with InTune• Continuously advised and educated executive leadership on evolving Microsoft technology offerings to promote teamwork, the business impact, and ultimately the growth mindset in business• Built strong partnerships with various business units by hosting webinars and workshops due to my strong desire to learn all Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies to help pioneer their roadmaps
