What would life be without my very own SaaS? It would probably include more spare time, but it has been on my bucket list and now it's done. I have had to renew myself by learning a lot of new stuff such as SPA, reactive programming, Typescript, Angular, NestJs, Puppeteer, Tailwind, the Node.js echosystem and Amazon AWS. It also included going through all the phases from the initial idea to research, architecture, design, developing, developing... testing, devops, deployment and finally some SEO to where it is at right now. I don't know where this will lead, but I believe in the idea and feel proud of what I so far have achieved on my own.

I am the CEO of Claes Svensson IT AB. A big part of being a small firm is that you have the sole responsibility for the entire business, including the financial aspects of it.

I am the CTO of Netwic.com. I am also the Software Architect, the Senior Software Engineer, the Software Developer, the Project Manager, the DBA, the Security Officer, the DevOps guy and part of the Product Management & the Quality Assurance team.

Developing and maintaining Netwic.com, a much appreciated workforce management system used by large organisations. I rebuilt the site from scratch in 2010 using Groovy and Grails on the Java platform with MySQL as DB.

Some of my larger projects included a GUI for analyzing emissions used at Fortum, and an automation and guidance tool used by field engineers at Apoteket when all stores were to be upgraded with new hardware and software. I also became a certified MySQL DBA and helped customers to tune and secure their MySQL installations in partnership with MySQL AB.

During massive company layoffs, I decided to leave SmartTrust on a voluntary basis. Developed two web shops, one that can be considered successful. I also developed software support for a secure smart card reader used by the Swedish Army.

Same job, only new workplace. SmartTrust acquired iD2.

iD2 acquired our team from Nexus. Consulting was replaced with product development. Working as a Product Architect meant more responsibility, including involvement in the earlier project phases and product line quality enhancements.

Software security development based on cryptography and smart cards. At Nexus I worked more with external customers. I also migrated from programmer to take on project and design responsibilities.

My first real job. I worked mainly as an in-house consultant at Telia Promotor in Uppsala. The Secure Internet Client had some market success, though short-lived due to early prototyping.
