I've learned that people are usually interested in your products and/or services and like to buy, but they don't like to be sold. I am in touch with my customers and at the same time reaching out to new prospects to learn about their current needs and challenges. Follow up is a critical part in keeping your pipeline full. I genuinely enjoy speaking with my clients and assisting them with their needs. A big obstacle in sales is trust. I make it a habit to speak with my prospects and customer rather than at them. I find people are receptive if you respect their time. I maintain a close relationship with my team members to learn additional sales techniques and enjoy sharing mine with others.
