- Manage and lead M&E services including project legal, design, BOQ, tendering, construction and operation for all projects at Fusion Hotel Group. - In charge of researching and writing MEP design requirement and guidelines for Fusion Brand Book. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure design work is executed in alignment with overall project vision and expectations.- Review and manage MEP specifications and design document to ensure the using material and equipment are suitable for project and achieve high quality with cheapest cost within the budget. - Prepare MEP design brief, scopes of works for consultant/ contractor to issue to bidding.- Attend Tender interview and negotiate with MEP consultant/ contractors.- Evaluate MEP technical bidding document from contractor.- Holds/attends meetings with consultant, contractors, developers, owners, operator relating to project issue and solve problem.- Review and answer RFI of consultant, contractor, PM/CM during tendering and construction stage. - Approves alternate methods or materials for code compliance within the scope.- Find out M&E suppliers to find good material compliance with project budget.- Manage all related design matters of projects from Initiation to Completion including design review, submittals, value engineering, regular cost/budget review, Variations/ Change Orders, Handover and Close-out.- Leading MEP coordination with architectural/structural/ interior/ landscape… section.- Support operation Engineering team each property to work with contractor, consultant and owner relating to testing and commissioning and project handover to operating. - Support operation Engineering team at properties to audit/solve/fix problem during operation stage.

- On behalf of Owner as Project Management & Construction Management (PM/CM) for project to manage and inspect all M&E works by consultant and contractors, construction activities, quality control, safety on site and Testing & Commissioning of all M&E System to ensure project quality & achieve master schedule including: Mechanical system: HVAC, Fuel Oil, LPG system, BMS system. Electrical system: Power Supply, Power Outlet socket, Lighting system, Earthing & Lightning Protection, Transformer Substation, Genset... ELV system: Access Control, Security system, PA, Telephone, CCTV... Plumbing & Sanitary system Fire Protection system: Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Smoke Extract & Pressurization system. Underground electric/telecom cable front of building package, MV substation connection package.- Evaluate and provide Value Engineering for saving project cost.- Professional in review and evaluate M&E Tender Documents and Tender proposal Submissions, negotiate contract for M&E package.- Organize the meeting and discuss for project issue with Client, Consultant and Contractors...- Review M&E design documents of Consultant as well as shop drawings, technical submissions, material submission and construction methodologies of M&E contractors.- Evaluate & coordinate with Quantity Survey consultant to check VO & payment of M&E contractor- Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports to Client about project status.- Complete processing of Handover and project closed out including inspect defect works and recommendation issuance of Completion Certificate, review of As-Built documentations which include As-Built drawings, O&M, warrantees.
